GEORGE HEFFERAN

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND GENERAL COUNSEL

George has ensured the flawless execution of client work and the growth of Mindcrest’s client base since the company’s inception. He co-founded Mindcrest with Ganesh Natarajan, Rohan Dalal and Teju Deshpande in 2001.

George worked with Ganesh at McGuire Woods LLP, an international law firm of 900 attorneys. George focused on international transactions at the firm, and often represented U.S. companies investing in India. He also spent three years at McGuire Woods’ Brussels office, where he represented global corporations with pan-European operations on their transactions throughout Europe.

George graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, and received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College. George also attended the Phillips Academy, Massachusetts and spent a summer semester at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University.

George also brings close to 20 years of legal experience to Mindcrest.
