Information SecurityMindcrest handles sensitive client data and has implemented systems that follow guidelines of ISO 27001. We are currently seeking ISO 27001 certification. Mindcrest's facilities are protected by rigorous physical and data security measures. Building security is provided 24x7 at all offices. Only authorized individuals are permitted access to the Mindcrest workspace using secure key card access. All employees have unique computer IDs and passwords, and passwords are changed periodically. All employees have executed employment agreements with non-disclosure obligations to protect the confidentiality of information and provisions to protect intellectual property. Mindcrest offices have extensive security measures in place for network, server and application software. We have secure, dedicated and scalable high-speed dedicated Internet leased line connectivity, using which our employees remotely access, upload and manage information securely on our clients' databases. leased lines are sourced from 3 different vendors to provide 100% redundancy and failover. Service level agreements are in place and provide in excess of 99% uptime. We have Routers and Layer 3 switches for segregating internal traffic. Firewalls and integrated threat management systems are in place and access to removable drives is disabled to ensure data security. We use a secure application for email, messaging and collaboration. Business Continuity and Disaster RecoveryMindcrest's critical applications and document management systems are hosted in world class redundant and geographically distributed datacenters which provide protection at the facilities, network and application level. A 99.9% uptime guarantee is provided for all applications. Mindcrest's two operational facilities are within 100 miles of each other and can act as back-up sites in the event of a disaster. We have a cluster of redundant, scalable, power protection systems designed to provide high levels of availability. These UPS/Backup systems provide an adequate battery backup capability. The currently configured load runs the UPS between 65-70% on an average. In addition to the UPS, our facility manager has provided a Diesel generator set with 100% redundancy as a backup to the UPS. The generator set is provided with on-site fuel storage of 15 days. |
