Management TeamGanesh Natarajan President & CEO Ganesh is a pioneering figure in the arena of legal outsourcing in the United States. Ganesh and his colleagues founded Mindcrest Inc. in 2001 when the term LPO was not a part of lexicon. Prior to Mindcrest, Ganesh was a partner at McGuire Woods an international law firm of 900 attorneys and a partner at Gardner, Carton & Douglas. Ganesh acted as an advisor to Fortune 500, technology and service companies in such areas as entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, joint venture arrangements, strategic alliances and various commercial arrangements. Ganesh was the primary legal advisor for many U.S. Fortune 500 companies in their entry into India. Ganesh is recognized as a thought leader and has spoken at many premier industry events and been interviewed by the press for comment as the leading authority in the field. Ganesh has an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University, St. Louis. George B. Hefferan III Vice President Sales & General Counsel George practiced law with the firm of McGuire Woods from 1991 to 2000 and his practice focused on international transactions including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He worked in the Brussels office for three years during this time. When in Brussels, George represented global corporations with pan-European operations and worked on transactions in several European countries. Upon returning to the United States, George helped open the McGuire Woods Chicago office. While in Chicago, he became involved in representing US companies on several transactions in India. George has always served as Mindcrest's Vice President and General Counsel. In addition, he is in charge of sales and is on the Mindcrest Board of Directors. George is a 1989 graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond and a 1985 graduate of Hamilton College. George also graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover and spent a summer semester at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, U.K. Rohan Dalal Managing Director, India An entrepreneur to the core, an engineer by profession and a member of the founding team of Mindcrest, Rohan manages the company's India operations at Pune and Mumbai. Rohan completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from India and then moved to North Carolina State University, USA, to pursue his Masters degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems and Operations Research. He has worked with various companies like AlphaSmart helping them set up logistics and distribution and his entrepreneurial skills came to use when he worked as Director, Industrial Linings Group. Rohan is quoted frequently in press articles and writes on legal and business issues related to the legal outsourcing industry. Teju Deshpande Vice President, Client Services Teju is a technology specialist with extensive experience in hardware, software and strategy. Over the last 15 years she has worked in a variety of technical and marketing roles at Sun Microsystems, Cypress Semiconductor, Cirrus Logic and Intel. She has hands on experience in creating robust IT architectures and infrastructure and a proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks. At Mindcrest, she is responsible for all aspects of Mindcrest's technology infrastructure, application and data management, information service delivery, security and client services delivery. She holds and MBA from Santa Clara University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from University of Pune in India. |
