GREGORY J. SPICER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Greg Spicer joined Mindcrest in August of 2011. Greg has over 12 years of experience in the legal services and software industry. The last 8 of those years have been in senior management roles. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Greg heads the business development team for Mindcrest. He is also a member of the Senior Management Team responsible for setting overall direction of the company. Greg and members of his business development team engage with Fortune 1000 corporations as well as Am Law 200 law firms on complex legal matters that involve custom solutions - offering litigation and corporate services as well as legal content and publishing services. The focus of Greg’s team is to help clients increase productivity and reduce costs while offering superior quality and service.

Greg is an experienced business development leader. Prior to Mindcrest, Greg led teams that offered clients innovative solutions to challenges they face in many legal processes, including: eDiscovery, outsourced attorney review, corporate and professional services as well as overall discovery lifecycle management.

Greg was a member of the eDiscovery Metrics 3 Working Group for the Socha-Gelbmann 2008 Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) project

Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a Minor in International Trade and Development, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
