Jayant combines his experience and knowledge of best practices in technology, process excellence and quality to implement innovative solutions for our clients.

Under Jayant's leadership, Mindcrest’s IT group is a strategic partner in all client engagements, resulting in adding significant business value to our clients.

Prior to Mindcrest, Jayant had over 20 years of experience with manufacturing, services and consulting businesses and has witnessed the evolution and growth of the outsourcing sector from the very early stages.

Jayant has a bachelor’s degree in electronics & electrical communications engineering from Thapar University, India and, subsequently, has obtained many IT certifications, among them qualifying as a lead auditor for the BS7799 Information Security standard (predecessor of ISO27001). Jayant is also a visiting faculty member at one of the leading business schools based in Pune, India.
