Teju leverages her extensive technology, process, quality and marketing experience, ensuring that Mindcrest continues to pioneer the legal services industry worldwide. She co-founded Mindcrest with Ganesh Natarajan, George Hefferan and Rohan Dalal in 2001.

As head of client services, Teju ensures that the information technology (IT) quality and process provide seamless client solutions that are at the forefront of technology, process and quality excellence. Teju is also responsible for Mindcrest University which is an essential element to Mindcrest’s delivery of high quality work product. Her leadership of Mindcrest University allows her to apply her expertise in process, quality and technology to Mindcrest’s training of associates. Teju has uniquely applied best management practices to legal work, putting Mindcrest in a class of its own. Teju also heads Mindcrest’s marketing efforts. She is able to communicate the Mindcrest value proposition to clients in a manner that draws on our process and quality focus. As a result, Mindcrest has attracted in-house legal departments of Fortune 500 companies and top international law firms as clients.

Teju expertise is the result of her more than 15 year career in a variety of technical and marketing roles at Sun Microsystems, Inc., Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, Cirrus Logic, Inc. and Intel Corporation. She has hands-on experience creating robust IT architecture and infrastructure, and a proven ability to use IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks.

Teju has an MBA from Santa Clara University, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Florida State University, and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Pune in India.
