Mindcrest Sales Executive (U.S)

Objective:

Build long-term relationships to win litigation document review projects from Fortune 1000 corporations and from law firms.

Position Expectations:

  • To win repeatable litigation document reviews from in-house legal departments and law firms.
  • To be able to cold call at higher levels in legal departments and law firms, present a value proposition and then personally close multi-million dollar contracts.
  • To grow Mindcrest's existing client base of corporations and law firms to win recurring and repeatable business.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong "C" level sales experience
  • Deep understanding of the litigation and e-discovery side of the law business (preferably having been a litigator in the past)
  • Knowledge of the practice and structure of corporate law departments – particularly in the Fortune 1000
  • Proven sales success selling legal services to in – house legal departments and law firms.
  • Preparation of quotations and proposals for all new and existing clients

Skills, Education & Experience:

  • Litigation sales experience with a consulting firm, eDiscovery company, legal content company or similar business (5 years sales experience preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of the document review and e-discovery/litigation industry.
  • Rolodex of appropriate contacts at GC/CFO level, with a focus on litigators at Fortune 1000 corporations and law firms
  • College degree, JD required
