Build long-term relationships to win litigation document review projects from Fortune 1000 corporations and from law firms.
Position Expectations:
To win repeatable litigation document reviews from in-house legal departments and law firms.
To be able to cold call at higher levels in legal departments and law firms, present a value proposition and then personally close multi-million dollar contracts.
To grow Mindcrest's existing client base of corporations and law firms to win recurring and repeatable business.
Role Requirements:
Strong "C" level sales experience
Deep understanding of the litigation and e-discovery side of the law business (preferably having been a litigator in the past)
Knowledge of the practice and structure of corporate law departments – particularly in the Fortune 1000
Proven sales success selling legal services to in – house legal departments and law firms.
Preparation of quotations and proposals for all new and existing clients
Skills, Education & Experience:
Litigation sales experience with a consulting firm, eDiscovery company, legal content company or similar business (5 years sales experience preferred)
Expert knowledge of the document review and e-discovery/litigation industry.
Rolodex of appropriate contacts at GC/CFO level, with a focus on litigators at Fortune 1000 corporations and law firms
