At Mindcrest, we take continuing education very seriously. Mindcrest University, our unique, in-house training program, combines legal and technical training with customized client-specific training to ensure that our lawyers continue to be the best in the industry. All of our training staff are lawyers themselves, and continue their training as well under the aegis of the University. Our new lawyers receive rigorous “on-boarding” to assess their qualities and enhance their strengths. The on-going curriculum, which is required of each and every associate at Mindcrest, sharpens their skills in their designated service line while teaching them the skills they will need to master in order to rise to the managerial ranks. In addition, we provide quality control training to the team members who have been chosen to work on our exacting QC processes. Our managers, deputy managers and assistant managers are also required to take workshops to hone their invaluable client interaction skills.

Our client specific training tailors our lawyers’ skills to each client’s unique needs; and, since this happens in the context of the University and not on client deliverable projects, no cost is absorbed by our clients, unlike the traditional law firm model.
