Mindcrest Sets Up Largest Congregation of Legal Minds

Mindcrest, a global leader in the legal outsourcing arena, announced the launch
of its new 400 seat facility in Pune today, which focuses on only hiring lawyers.

Mindcrest is the brain child of a multi-national founder team consisting of two
Indian nationals and one US citizen. The key people aligned with the venture are
Ganesh Natarajan (Co-founder & CEO), Rohan Dalal (Managing Director), and
George B. Hefferan III (Vice President & General Counsel).
Mindcrest is the only firm in India that consists of more than 150 experienced
lawyers. These lawyers have earned superior academic achievement from
India's top law schools and 90% are women employees. Mindcrest provides legal
support across the enterprise in the US, Canada and UK in areas like Finance,
HR, Real Estate, M&A, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and
Legal.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ganesh Natarajan, Co-founder & CEO, Mindcrest
said, “This is another step in achieving our goal of actively investing in the high
growth LPO sector. The center being set up in Pune will form the core for the
delivery of LPO services and we hope to learn and add more and more valueadded
services to the current LPO offering. ”

value of legal outsourcing which is worth $80 mn can rise up to $4 bn in India by
