Mindcrest's Real Estate Group is led by two extremely experienced attorneys. Director, Real Estate Services, Christine Brown, J.D., M.B.A., M.P.A., specializes in lease analysis and abstraction, estoppel certificate preparation, and review and financial due diligence. Prior to joining Mindcrest, she led the real estate due diligence practices at Clutch Group, RR Donnelly/OfficeTiger and Duff & Phelps (formerly Standard & Poor's CVC) and practiced real estate and corporate law for five years in Chicago and India.

Blake Johnson, J.D., is manager of client services and focuses on retail, office and industrial property due diligence. Prior to joining Mindcrest, he held management positions at Clutch Group and RR Donnelley and consulting positions at Duff & Phelps and RSM McGladrey. Mr. Johnson has trained and managed real estate professionals in both India and the Philippines.
