VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Faye heads Mindcrest’s human capital management efforts, focusing on organizational effectiveness and organization development. She contributes her expertise to our senior management team and our operating teams, coaching on efficiency and effectiveness. Faye also partners with our HR team in India to ensure Mindcrest deploys best practices in all areas of human resources.

Faye brings to Mindcrest over 20 years of experience in law, human resources, technology and operations. She has worked for a large law firm as well as for large corporate organizations in the healthcare and banking sectors. She has served as outside counsel and has also worked as internal counsel. She has played leadership roles both in IT, HR and M&A and has managed internal operations and outside vendors. Given these experiences, Faye brings unique strengths to Mindcrest.

Prior to joining Mindcrest Faye held various senior management positions at ABN AMRO and Baxter Healthcare Corporation and was an attorney at Bell, Boyd and Lloyd.

Faye received her JD from Washington University in St. Louis and her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
