Contracts Management: Abstraction and Review

Reviewed and categorized over 6,500 documents related to software licensing contracts for over 2,000 clients of a computer software provider. After identifying relevant contract information, we reviewed and abstracted the relevant terms of each client contract. This work involved the review of contracts in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Hebrew and other languages and jurisdictions.

Reviewed and abstracted software license agreements, including open source agreements for a large Fortune 500 technology company, including agreements subject to UK and EU laws.

Due diligence review and abstraction of over 600 contracts for a computer software provider as part of its due diligence efforts prior to selling off a business unit. The contracts were analyzed to determine their value and transferability.

Draft photo agency agreements, venue agreements, and writer agreements for a global media corporation; developed a standardized process for processing non-disclosure agreements, including implementation of customized imbedded macros to streamline contract preparation.
